Managing Director
Chris Prew
I’ve always been passionate about helping people find a place they can truly call home. Through NextWave Care Group, we have the opportunity to go even further — not just by providing safe, supportive homes for young, vulnerable individuals, but by empowering them with the skills and confidence they need to build happy, independent, and fulfilling lives.

Operations Director
(Nominated Individual)
Ricky Carver
Growing up on the estates of East London, I experienced firsthand the challenges of a traumatic and unstable upbringing. Those early experiences have instilled in me a lifelong passion for reaching and supporting young people who often feel forgotten or misunderstood. At Next Wave, everything we do is guided by that same passion—to offer safety, stability, and the chance to believe in a brighter future. I’m incredibly proud to lead a service that puts young people at the very centre, creating nurturing homes where they feel respected, valued, and empowered. Equally important to me is the wellbeing of our dedicated team. I know from personal experience that when staff are supported and inspired, they’re able to make a lasting, positive impact. That’s why we’re committed to embedding therapeutic, person-centred care into every home we create—because real change starts with real connection.

Registered Service Manager
Diane Story
What drives me is seeing the difference it makes when someone feels truly heard, valued, and safe. With many years of experience in health, social care, and children’s development and education, I’ve seen first-hand how empathy, consistency, and therapeutic support can help rebuild confidence and empower independence.
As a Service Manager at Next Wave Care Group, I lead with compassion—creating a calm, supportive environment where everyone feels respected and encouraged to grow. Helping others discover their confidence, develop life skills, and move toward independence isn’t just part of my role—it’s what inspires me every day.
